The Piber is one of the armed vessels deployed by the US Navy to secure the Mekong Delta and its tributaries. This aspect of the Vietnam War was highlighted in the famous movie \u00ab\u00a0Apocalyse Now\u00a0\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Tamiya models in 1\/35 scale for the PBR and ADV\/Azimut for the Vietnamese boat, the figures are from ADV\/Azimut and many are conversions of Dragon and Airfix figures.<\/strong><\/p>\n
