US Humvee and M102 howitzer
On a highway in Iraq during the first Gulf War in 1991, a Humvee towing an M102 howitzer broke down. Originally, these vehicles were part of a large diorama in which an M911 tank truck was the main piece. As this truck suffered heavy damage, a more modest diorama was created. The Humvee model is from Academy, an improved copy of the outdated Italeri model, with a resin engine from CMK. The cannon is a magnificent AFV Club piece. The figures are slightly modified Verlinden parts.
